ISPS Visitor Logbook (1st, 2026)

Systematic use of this ISPS Visitor Logbook enables the Ship Security Officer (SSO) and Master to:

• Demonstrate compliance with ISPS Code Part A, Sections 7.2, 8.3, 9.4 and 10.1 during Port State Control inspections, flag State audits and ISSC verification surveys.
• Provide an auditable chain of evidence that access control, identity verification and search procedures were applied consistently at every security level.
• Support the vessel's Ship Security Plan (SSP) with contemporaneous records that can be cross-referenced to the Declaration of Security (DoS) where applicable.
• Assist in the investigation of security incidents by preserving a chronological record of all persons who boarded the vessel, their stated purpose and the outcome of any searches conducted.
