Ordering or Requesting Information on Chart/Products

This applies to products that are NOT currently available through our SHOPPING CART system.
If you need further information on a product or chart area follow the directions below.
E-mail a fax number, requesting chart or product information. We will fax you a copy of the catalog information needed to make a selection for the chart area or product you are interested in.
The catalog information will outline the product or area of coverage of each chart as well as a description of the product or chart.
Since there are MANY products and charts that cover the world, this is the best way until an on-line catalog can be developed.

After you have made your selection, e-mail or fax your selection to USA with the following info:

Name, shipping address & telephone number.
Ship by UPS, USPS etc. Please advise us the date that you require your order.
Credit Card information should be faxed or call (800) 596-7245 until a secure means of e-mail transactions can be established.

Shipping

Shipments are usually dispatched the same day as long as orders are placed before 3:00pm Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cut-off time may or may not leave our warehouse the same day. Orders are typically shipped via UPS Ground but if you prefer expedited service we also offer the following shipping methods: FedEx Next Day (Overnight Delivery) and FedEx 2^nd Day (2^nd Business Day delivery). You will be able to choose any of these services at checkout. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and size of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

International Orders

We usually ship via FedEx International Priority or FedEx International Economy. Unless otherwise instructed, we will choose the most economical method of shipping for you. We may ship items separately if it lowers the shipping cost for you. Rates will vary depending on size and weight of the order; however your online total will always show a minimum amount of $90 for your shipping cost. This rate is a general estimation but, again, it can change according to the size and weight of the shipment.

Duties & Taxes – Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. These additional charges must be fulfilled by the recipient. Maryland Nautical Sales has no control over these charges, nor can Maryland Nautical predict what they may be. Alaska, Hawaii, & Military - APO/ FPO

Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or to a Military facility are usually shipped via US Postal Service. For expedited service please contact us for a rate quote.
