- Demonstrate compliance with MLC 2006, Standard A3.2 by evidencing frequent documented inspections of food supplies, storage spaces, galley areas, and catering equipment

- Support ship sanitation inspection readiness by maintaining contemporaneous records of galley conditions, deficiencies identified, and corrective actions taken.
