Radar Observer Manual, 7th Edition, 2024
The Radar Observer Manual was originally conceived as a companion text to the radar observer courses established at the four Maritime Administration radar schools. It has evolved and expanded over the years but has remained true to its original purpose. This sixth edition is no exception. The new Radar Observer Manual is intended for use by students enrolled in the U.S. Coast Guard and STCW-95 approved 80-Hour Radar/ARPA course.
