Software designed to administer flashing light exams. Eliminate the need for light box and tape machines. The administrator has full control of exam content and visual aspects, background and light color. Administrative areas are password protected. Help provided for administrator and exam modules. Easy to use, create complete exam is minutes.

• Choose exam from saved library.
• Set word per/min, and use of long spaces.
• Print exam answer sheets, and answer key.
• Applicant takes exam at the computer, administrator need not observe.

Part I - Random Letter Code Groups, and Part II - International Code Of Signals, are transmitted to the applicant automatically. The individual starts the transmission when ready, and can stop transmission at any time. When restarted the exam process starts from the beginning.

The Flashing Light Exam application has been approved for demonstration of competency in visual communications by the National Maritime Center. (Submitted with course.)
